How does your service work?
The convenience of gifting is within your fingertips; pick a cuddly stuffed animal toy, add in a personalised note, complete your love bundle with our selected accessories and we do the rest.
A cuddly stuffed animal toy will be neatly wrapped in our custom wrapping paper with your personalised note and will arrive in our signature bright yellow "Love in a Box to You” box.
Can I send the package anonymously?
As the sender of the gift, you have the option to send your stuffed animal toy anonymously.
When you add a product to cart after you have written your personal message, there is an option to add different accessories when you click the "check out" button. You can click "send this care package anonymously" to add an extra surprise! By sending your love bundle anonymously, you agree that if the receiver wants more information, we will only inform the recipient of your initials.
Do not use Love In A Box To You with malicious intent.
How do I know who sent a plush animal toy?
If you receive plush animal toy from Love In A Box To You and you’re curious as to who sent this adorable package.
All you have to do is send us a message via our contact form, include the order number written on your personalised card.
We will reply to you with the senders initials only.
What do I do if I want to order two or more plush animal toys?
We also have a "Better Together" option where you can select two adorable stuffed animals which will be packaged in one box.
Can I order two packages going to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot do this. You have to put in two separate orders for packages going to two separate addresses.
I need to edit or cancel my order?
If you need to edit your shipping address, billing address, custom note, product, or cancel your order, click on the link and on the subject line, include the customer order number to help us locate your order.
Can my note contain vulgar language?
We do not allow inappropriate language in our care packages as it doesn't fit with the intent of our service. Love In A Box To You is about spreading love and happiness.
If we find that the message requested in a package does not meet the intent of our service, we will contact the client to discuss and find a solution. If that doesn't work, we will cancel the order.
Is your website secure?

Shipping and Delivery
How Fast is loveinaboxtoyou shipping
All orders, are fulfilled and packaged within 24 hours by us. At the moment, we deliver our love bundle to locations within Australia using our preferred courier, Australia Post.
At check out customers will be offered options either standard or express delivery. Shipping is calculated at check-out

Australia Post Notification Delivery?
Australia post will notify the receiver of the package that a delivery is on its way. It will provide an option to leave the care package in a secure location near your door step. Remember to reply to the text notification to let our couriers know.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If it has been more than 10 business days (for domestic shipments) and your order has not arrived yet, please contact us for information. We will follow up with Australia Post.
Where is the company located
We take inspiration from companies that started in their garage like Apple. We are starting our inventory and fulfillment station in our garage in Canberra, Australia. We look forward to expanding in the future!
Do you ship to international destinations?
At present, no. We are still figuring the logistics of the business and the pricing of shipping. It is our vision to send our care packages world wide as soon as possible.
Product Queries
Can I machine wash the plushie?
We tested machine washing the animal toys and it came out perfectly fine. The colour stayed the same on a delicate setting.
However, if the plushie is relatively clean, we suggest to spot clean.
The product is out of stock?
As a start-up we are working with a wholesaler in Australia. We try to keep our inventory sufficiently stocked.
To keep you updated we are developing a page "restock updates" to be available on our site in June 2023.
Can I send a request for an animal design?
Of course you can! We like to hear from you on what animals you would like to see in our online store. Send us a nudge via email.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the contents of the package are in its original condition. Terms and Conditions apply

We do not cover shipping costs for returned packages unless the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
